1. Up to two (2) signs advertising any planned <br />development located within all or part of the <br />County's unincorporated area. <br />2. Signs shall be placed only at street intersections. <br />3. Signs shall be placed at no more than two (2) street <br />intersections within one (1) mile of an entrance to <br />subject subdivision, or at the nearest intersection of <br />a major thoroughfare. <br />4. Signs shall not exceed six (6) square feet in size. <br />5. Signs shall not exceed four (4) feet in height <br />measured from the top of natural grade to the <br />uppermost part of the sign. <br />6. Signs may be posted between the hours of 12:00 PM <br />on Friday and 7:00 AM the following Monday. <br />7. All components of the sign, including the sign face, <br />stakes, posts, frames or any other supporting <br />element must be removed from the property when <br />signs are collected by 7:00 AM Monday. <br />• DIRECTIONAL SIGNS FOR INDIVIDUAL PARCELS <br />FOR SALE, RENT OR LEASE BY OWNER OR REAL <br />ESTATE COMPANY <br />1. Signs shall not exceed three (3) square feet in size. <br />2. Signs shall not exceed three (3) feet in height <br />measured from the top of natural grade to the <br />uppermost part of the sign. <br />3. When property is no longer for sale, all components <br />of the sign, including the sign face, stakes, posts, <br />frames or any other supporting element must be <br />removed from the property within forty eight (48) <br />hours. <br />• AUCTIONS <br />1. Up to two (2) signs advertising a one -time auction <br />of real estate or personal or business items may be <br />erected up to fifteen (15) days prior to the <br />advertised date of the auction located within all or <br />part of the County's unincorporated area. <br />2. Signs shall be posted not more than one (1) mile <br />from auction site or at the nearest intersection of a <br />major thoroughfare. <br />3. Signs shall not exceed sixteen (16) square feet in <br />size. <br />4.
