The <br />proposed changes address the following: inconsistencies between <br />definitions and the defined performance standards for neighborhood <br />market and contractor /trade shop. <br />Adds and defines swimming pools as a permitted accessory use. <br />Removes temporary sign language that is now addressed in Chapter 11, <br />Signs. <br />Clarifies that internet order businesses are considered mail order <br />businesses for Home Occupation permitting. <br />Proposed changes are in red. Items to be deleted are in strikethrough <br />text. <br />The Board of Commissioners will need to hold a public hearing. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Receive Staff Report. <br />Hold Public Hearing. <br />G -4 Page 280 <br />
