Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 7- Performance Based Standards <br />Section 7 -1 Introduction <br />The purpose of this Chapter is to describe those uses, which may be approved <br />administratively by Planning and Zoning staff, known as "performance based standards" <br />(PBS) uses. Performance based standards uses are those which can be made compatible <br />within a given zoning district as long as pre - established standards are met which will control <br />for any potential negative effects of the use.
