Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 7- Performance Based Standards <br />a. Lighting for outdoor storage areas shall be designed such that it does not spill over <br />onto adjacent properties. <br />27. Home Occupation, General <br />Agricultural /Open, Countryside Residential, Low Density Residenti edium Density <br />Residential, High Density Residential /Mixed Use, Office/ Limited C mercial districts <br />Musical Instruction, Voice <br />or Instrument <br />Pet Grooming (Enclosed) <br />Photo Laboratory (no <br />studio work) <br />Mail Order Business <br />order taking only, no <br />stock in trade <br />One Chair Beauty or <br />Barber Shop <br />Office Work <br />Similar, Low Impact <br />Endeavor <br />a. The use must be conducted entirely within the interior of the residence, must be <br />clearly incidental and secondary to residential occupancy, and may not change the <br />residential character of the dwelling. <br />b.
