AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE <br />TEXT2016 -00007 <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as follows: <br />AMEND Chapter 3 to add Swimming Pool, Accessory to Single Family Residential to all <br />Residential districts as a permitted based on standards use. <br />AMEND CHAPTER 3 PERMITTED USE TABLE to add Swimming Pool, Accessory to Single Family <br />Residential to all Residential districts as a permitted based on standards use and to add the <br />square footage to Retail, Neighborhood Market. <br />AMEND CHAPTER 7 AS FOLLOWS: <br />DELETE Chapter 7 and REPLACE with new Chapter 7. <br />BE IT ALSO ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />RENUMBER AND REVISE the Table of Contents and page numbers in the Cabarrus County <br />Zoning Ordinance to correspond to the text changes. <br />Adopted this 17 day of October, 2016 by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. <br />Stephen M.
