Performance <br />guarantees shall be accompanied by a description of the factor(s) hindering installation of <br />landscaping and a written estimate of materials and installation from a licensed landscaping <br />contractor. Such guarantee may be in the form of a letter of credit, a bond, a certified check or <br />cash and shall be in the amount of 125 percent of the total price reflected in the estimate.
