AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE <br />TEXT2016- 00008, TEXT2016 -0009, TEXT2016 -00010 <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as follows: <br />AMEND <br />DELETE Chapter 9 and REPLACE with new Chapter 9. <br />DELETE Chapter 10 and REPLACE with new Chapter 10. <br />ADD Appendix D, Lighting Standards <br />BE IT ALSO ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />RENUMBER AND REVISE the Table of Contents and page numbers in the Cabarrus County <br />Zoning Ordinance to correspond to the text changes. <br />Adopted this 17 day of October, 2016 by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. <br />Stephen M.
