Budget Ordinance <br />Section IV. <br />This ordinance and the budget documents shall be the basis for the financial plan for the County of Cabarrus for <br />the 2015 -2016 fiscal year. The County Manager and the Finance Director shall administer the budget. The <br />Finance Director shall establish and maintain all records, which are in concurrence with this budget and budget <br />ordinance and the appropriate statutes of the State of North Carolina. Funds appropriated in the FY 2014 -2015 <br />Budget and encumbered on June 30, 2015 shall be authorized as part of the Budget Appropriation by adoption <br />of this Budget Ordinance. <br />Adopted this the 15 t " day of June, 2015. <br />Stephen M.
