E'XHAT C <br />Historic Courthouse Cleaning Schedule and Recluirements <br />Frequency — Weekly <br />Days — Monday, Wednesday, Friday <br />Time — A.M. to completion of duties. Will start before staff arrives. <br />Service days subject to change due to County Observed Holidays. <br />On days of events that do not coincide with regular scheduled day's staff will do a general walk <br />through of facility to ensure compliance with department standards. This WILL NOT consist of <br />extensive cleaning as compared to regularly scheduled days. <br />On days AFTER an event staff will perform all cleaning responsibilities to ensure facility is <br />returned to department standard. <br />Services — General office cleaning consisting of the following: <br />High dust, low dust, wipe down /sanitize of desk /cubicle where permitted, <br />vacuum carpet, wet /dry mop hard floor surfaces, waste (only) removal <br />Galleries / Kitchen / Public Areas <br />High dust (where permitted), low dust (where permitted), sanitize all surfaces, <br />vacuum (galleries not vacuumed every day), wet /dry mop hard floor surfaces, <br />waste (only) removal <br />Auditorium <br />Vacuum (after shows), wet /dry mop stage (after shows) <br />Restroom cleaning consisting of the following: <br />High dust, low dust, commode cleaning /sanitizing, sink cleaning /sanitizing, filling <br />of all dispensers (paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap), wet /dry mop, <br />clean /sanitize all fixtures and dispensers, waste (only) removal, cleaning of <br />showers as needed <br />Special requests or projects will be done on as needed basis and approved by I.A.M. <br />Management. <br />Attachment number 1 <br />G -4 Page 194 <br />
