Clerk of Court <br />RE: Cabarrus County Jury Commission for the Biennium 2016 -17 <br />Sirs: <br />The General Statutes of N.C., 9 -1 specify that a new jury commission be <br />appointed no later than July 1st every two years. The current commission's terms will <br />expire June 30, 2015. <br />The jury commission consists of three (3) members, who are appointed in the <br />following manner: <br />One by the Resident Superior Court Judge <br />One by the Clerk of superior Court <br />One by the Board of County Commissioners <br />You are requested to make your appointment and notify this office, no later than <br />June 29, 2015. This will allow us to meet with and swear in the new commission in a <br />timely manner.
