The Salisbury Rowan Community Action Agency, Inc. will apply for the Community Service Block Grant <br />funds for the fiscal year 2013 -2014. <br />The funds are used to provide support and comprehensive services for individuals and families to develop <br />skills and increase income so that they may rise above the poverty level. <br />The agency's Board of Directors had scheduled an Executive Committee Meeting on January <br />17, , 2013 at _6:00 p.m. <br />The meeting will be held at 1300 West Bank Street, Salisbury, NC.
