II. Temporary Staffing Option 1 <br />Purpose: To acquire temporary staff from our local staffing agency that could be trained in NC <br />Fast and policy to assist in processing cases. <br />Plan: <br />• Hire 3 -6 temporary staff from our local staffing agency <br />• Provide 4 weeks of training <br />• Maintain staff for 6 months after training to process cases within Food and Nutrition <br />• Estimated Cost for 6 temporary staff. • $101,520 (6 workers at $14.10 per hour for 30 <br />weeks). Estimated cost for 3 temporary staff at 30 weeks would be: $50,760. <br />Reimbursement is available. <br />III. Temporary Staffing Option 2 <br />Vanguard, a private North Carolina company, specializes in staffing to Social Service agencies. <br />They have the potential to provide staff to assist both virtually or on -site. While information <br />regarding this proposal is still being developed, an initial proposal has been received by the <br />county that is attached. <br />IV. Overtime Option <br />Through getting feedback from staff, another identified option could be providing for paid <br />overtime for staff to accomplish work.
