ACHIEVEMENT I OBJECTIVE <br />SUCCESS Participate in continuing education opportunities for members of the Board of <br />Commissioners to achieve competencies as needed. <br />PROGRESS Institutionalize a joint school facilities planning and construction committee <br />and collaborate with the school boards to develop cost - effective and <br />comprehensive construction standards.
