FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION OF THE CABARRUS COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCE <br />SUMMARY OF CHANGES <br />Sec. 34 -27. Change requires department to submit budgets on forms provided by our office. This will <br />give us a better picture of the department's budget to provide recommendation to board for district tax <br />increase or decrease. <br />Sec. 34 -30 (13) Change for due date of audits for fire departments. This will allow us time to review <br />previous year budget and audit so recommendations on fire departments can be provided during county <br />budget process. <br />Sec. 34- 32- 34 -50. Added Section on Fireworks to address actions already taken by the board with <br />additional requirements for Firework Company's. <br />Sec. 34 -55 (d, f) Removal of fee amount as fees could change during budget process. <br />Sec. 34 -57.
