CM Black is in the process of reviewing the preliminary schedule with the successful subcontractors. <br />Final Schedule will be determined with their input. <br />2. CM Black must award subcontracts to the subcontractors by April 4, 3011 to hold pricing. <br />Included in Pricing <br />1. An allowance of $25,000 for the lower slab removal. <br />2.
