Project is located at 369 Church Street North in Concord, NC on property owned by Cabarrus <br />' County. S0 <br />' Access <br />Doors & Installation (08305) Bid $ <br />i. <br />Finish Hardware & Insthliatlon (08710) Bid <br />The undersigned further agrees that this proposal shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days from the date of <br />receipt for the bids and that if this proposal Is accepted by the Owner within this period, the Bidder will execute <br />the contract form and provide surety bonds (if applicable) as described in the Contract Documents. <br />t For <br />contracts over $50,00, the undersigned further agrees that In the case of failure on his part to execute the <br />said contract and the bond within tan (10) consecutive calendar days after written notice being given of the <br />award of contract, the certified check, cash or bid bond accompanying this bid shall be paid Into the funds of <br />the Owner's account set aside for the Project, as liquidated damages for such failure; otherwise the certified <br />' <br />check, cash or bid bond accompanying this Proposal shall be returned to the undersigned. <br />It is expressly understood that the Construction Manager is expected to act as project expediter and coordinate <br />' <br />work of all other Subcontractors. <br />We estimate North Carolina Sales Tax included within our above designated Base Bid and lorAlternates to be <br />$ 3,52�.1a <br />' <br />Accompanying this proposal Is a bid security (5% of Contract Sum) In the form of; <br />(for contracts over $50,000.) <br />' <br />Alternates: <br />Should be <br />any alternate accepted, the amount written below shall be the amount to 'add to" or "deduct from' <br />the appropriate Base Bid.
