CJPP Board Meeting Minutes <br />A quarterly meeting of the Cabarrus County Criminal Justice Partnership Advisory <br />Board was held on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 12:OOpm. The meeting was <br />held in the Grand Jury Assembly Room on the Third Floor of the Cabarrus County <br />Courthouse in Concord, NC. <br />Members in attendance: David Calloway, Jodi Ramirez, Tom Barcellona, <br />Wendell Rummage, Sally Coleman, Ben Small, Monty Sellers, Michael Knox, Bob <br />Davis, Anna Hood <br />Members absent: Revella Nesbitt (proxy), Dave Collins (proxy), Bobby Smith <br />(proxy), Nicola Bivens, Catherine Combs, Karen King, June Menig, Susan <br />Schneider, Jay White, Erwin Spainhour <br />Non-members in attendance: Nancy Woodard, Terry Wise, Charlie Daniels, <br />and Randi Turner <br />Vice-Chair David Calloway called the meeting to order. <br />2010 Board Meetings: The upcoming meetings for the CJPP advisory board <br />are as follows: <br />02/12/2010 12pm in the Grand Jury Room, 3rd Floor, Courthouse <br />05/14/2010 12pm Jury Assembly Room, 2nd Floor, Courthouse <br />08/13/2010 12pm Jury Assembly Room, 2nd Floor, Courthouse <br />11/12/2010 12pm Jury Assembly Room, 2nd Floor, Courthouse <br />Minutes: No minutes were read. <br />C7PP report: Charlie Daniels of Genesis was recognized. Mr. Daniels began as <br />the Administrative Director of Genesis in September 2009. He provided the <br />board with a written report outlining the entries and exits for the first half of this <br />fiscal year. (Please see attached report). <br />C7PP and Probation Reform: Nancy Woodard, Community Development <br />Specialist for DCC, reviewed the recent changes in law that impact C]PP. <br />According to the new general statute the CJPP population has been expanded as <br />show in the below excerpt from Senate Bill 1076: <br />SECTION 1.
