CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 20, 2009 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Appointments to Boards and Committees <br />SUBJECT: <br />Appointments -Criminal Justice Partnership Program <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />An appointment is needed to fill the following positions on the CJPP <br />advisory board: District Attorney/designee, business community, <br />probation/parole, community-based corrections program and victim of <br />crime. In addition, Benjamin Small currently serves in the Criminal <br />Defense Attorney position and has expressed a desire to serve another <br />term. He is eligible for reappointment.
