William Pilkington, Public Health Director, <br />recommends Dr. Vuchnich be appointed to the Authority. <br />Mr. Charles Phillips and Ms. Jessica Castrodale both wish to be <br />reappointed to the Cabarrus County Public Health Authority and also have <br />the recommendation of the Public Health Director. <br />The term of appointment for Dr. Jonathan Zsambeky expires June 30, <br />2009 and he does not desire reappointment at this time. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to reappoint Mr. Charles Phillips and Ms. Jessica Castrodale and <br />to appoint Dr. Walter Vuchnich to the Cabarrus County Public Health <br />Authority for 3-year terms ending June 30, 2012, including an exception to <br />the "length of service" provision of the Appointment Policy for Mr. Phillips. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />1 Minute <br />SUBMITTED BY: <br />Kay Honeycutt, Clerk to the Board <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT REQUIRED: <br />No <br />H-2 <br />Page 388 of 433 <br />
