APPROVING REFINANCING OF PRIOR INSTALLMENT CONTRACT FINANCING IN <br />AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT UP TO $27,535,000 AND THE EXECUTION <br />AND DELIVERY BY THE CABARRUS COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF <br />CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION RELATED THERETO, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF RELATED DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN OTHER RELATED MATTERS" was <br />adopted and passed by the following vote: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />* * ~ <br />I, G. Kay Honeycutt, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, <br />North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true copy of so much of the <br />proceedings of said Board of Commissioners at a meeting held on October 19, 2009, as relates in <br />any way to the approval of a plan of refinancing an installment financing contract previously <br />executed and delivered by the County and the Refinanced Project described therein utilizing an <br />installment financing contract (or amendment to an outstanding installment financing contract) <br />under North Carolina General Statutes Section 160A-20, and that said proceedings are recorded <br />in Minute Book No. of the minutes of said Board, beginning at page and ending at page <br />I DO HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY that a schedule of regular meetings of said Board <br />of Commissioners has been on file in my office pursuant to G.S. 143-318.12 as of a date not less <br />than seven days before said meeting. <br />8 <br />330 <br />G-3 <br />
