Study Area Visit and Kick-off Meeting <br />• Prepared draft set of maps representing existing conditions of the planning <br />area <br />• Toured study area to further understanding of existing conditions and <br />verify data reflected in draft maps <br />• Prepared agenda, materials, and presentation for Kick-off Meeting <br />• Attended Kick-off Meeting at the Town of Harrisburg that marks the <br />beginning of the planning process <br />• Documented participant input through meeting notes <br />B. Education Session <br />Prepared outline far the session. The primary purpose is to review <br />principles of sustainability and sound planning, and to answer questions <br />about best practices. <br />Gathered materials for best practices <br />Developed agenda, presentation for Education Session; this session will <br />provide a foundation for goal-setting and plan alternative evaluation later <br />C.
