Submit a completed application for a Reservation of Capacity Certificate. All applications must <br />include: <br />- The total number of proposed dwelling units. <br />- The applicable high school feeder area. <br />- A phasing schedule or plan for the advancement of capacity should public facilities ba <br />determined inadequate. <br />- Documentation of rezoning status. (Approved Minutes or Latter from approving <br />jurisdidtional authority) <br />- An original signature from the applicant requesting the Reservation of Capacity Certificate. <br />2. Submit a recent survey or legal description of the property for which the request is being made. <br />The Reservation of Capacity Certificate Process: <br />Month l: Submit a Reservation of Capacity Certificate application to Cabamrs County <br />Planning Services. All applications must be submitted by the second Thursday of the month in <br />order to be on the agenda for the following month. During this month planning staff will <br />complete the adequacy review and prepare a report of the findings to the Cabarrus County <br />Board of Commissioners. <br />Month 2: The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners pre-agenda meeting takes place at <br />3:30 p.m. on the first Monday of each month in the multi-purpose room located on the 2°d floor <br />of the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 Church Street, SE; Concord, NC 28026. A <br />motion at the pre-agenda meeting will determine the placement of the Reservation of Capacity <br />Certificate on the agenda for the regularly scheduled Cabarrus County Boatel of Commissioners <br />meeting. It is advised that a representative for the applicant be present at the pre-agenda <br />meeting. <br />The regularly scheduled Cabarets County Board of Commissioners meeting is held at 6:30 p.m. <br />on the third Monday of each month dt the Commissioner's Chambers located on the god floor of <br />the Cabarrus County Governmental CenteG 65 Church Street, SE, Concord, NC 28024, It is <br />strongly advised a representative for the applicant be present at the regularly scheduled <br />meeting.
