MEMORANDUM To: Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners From: Jessica L. Gladwin/Planner Subject: Reservation of Capacity and Capacity Schedule for South Village Townhomes Date: 7/29/2008 Castle & Cooke NC Residential, LLC, (210 Oak Avenue, Kannapolis, NC 28081) is requesting a reservation of capacity for the South Village project, which consists of 15 single-family residential lots and 145 residential townhome units on +/- 28.543 acres located in the City of Kannapolis, North Carolina. School Capacity Review South Village is expected to produce approximately 29 elementary and intermediate school students, 10 middle school students and 14 high schools students for a total of 53 students. The schools impacted by the project are Fred L. Wilson Elementary School, Kannapolis Intermediate School, Kannapolis Middle School, and A.L. Brown High School.
