CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDAITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 6/18/07 <br />Agenda Item # -~~__ <br />SUBJECT: <br />Ware Bonsall Contract Amendment #12 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The proposed Ware Bonsall contract amendment #12 is to allocate more time and funding <br />for on site construction supervision. The architect has advised us that we are expending <br />the current on-site construction supervision at an unexpected rate. The proposed contract <br />amendment is for $113,500 for 78 additional architect site visits and 10 civil engineer site <br />visits. There was an optional section in the original contract anticipating this need, but after <br />discussion last year the BOC decided to postpone making a decision.
