Tlils subdivision is appxoved for 8 single family homes on <br />+/- 27.12 acxes and is located on Stacybxook Drive SE. The specifics of the a~eement ace as <br />follows: <br />Developer - IvIDP Custom Homes, Inc., 1948 Thompson Drive, Concoxd, NC 28025. <br />Payment of $4034 pec lot will be due at Final Platting. <br />Proposed build out schedule is no more than 81ots to be platted in 2007. <br />The APFO worksheet filled out by Mr. Robext Kluttz with Cabaxxvs County Schools indicates that <br />schools impacted by the Mountain Bxook Phase 6 subdivision axe c~rendy functioning at the <br />following capacities: <br />W.M. Irvin Elementary School - 94.25% <br />Concoxd Middle School - 97.57% <br />Concord High School - 79.73% <br />Including previously appxoved subdivisions, these schools will be functioning at the following <br />capacity upon completion of the Mountain Bxook Phase 6 subdivision project: <br />W.M. Iroin Elementary School - 116.25% <br />Concoxd Middle School -102.64% <br />Concord High School - 84.41°/a <br />Note: The number of students generated by 8 lots will not have an impact on the three <br />schools serving this acea. Howevei, the elementaty school is still ovec capacity. <br />The schools curxendy available in the axea can accommodate the additional students expected fxom <br />this development. <br />Cabaxms County Schools opexating at 110% capacity axe considexed to be opexating at maximum <br />capaciry. <br />The Subdivision Lot Inventory Spxeadsheet has been updated through June of 2007 <br />V ~~O <br />
