ADDENDUM <br />SUBLEASE AGREEMENT <br />Re: Office Space, 1305 S. Cannon Blvd. <br />Kannapolis, Cabarrus County, NC <br />Renewal #2 <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have duly executed and agreed to the <br />Second Renewal Term of this Lease, July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 in their <br />respective names by their respective authorized representatives. <br />Basic Rent.
