CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDAITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date Agenda Item # C~- ~"Jr <br />SUBJECT: <br />Resolution to Create a Policy for the Advancement of School Adequacy (#2005-05) <br />Update <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />This resolution creates the policy by which the Board of Commissioners consider mitigation <br />when schools are determined to be inadequate for new residintial development. The <br />current policy includes the minimum amount that will be accepted for a voluntary mitigation <br />payment based on a fiscall impact analysis.
