<br />PETITION C2006-04(ZT) <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY ZONING <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Amend Chapter Three, Establishment of Zoning Districts, Section 3-7, Statements <br />regarding the purpose of districts, Uses in the Office/Limited Commercial Zone, <br />Permitred Uses a. follows: <br /> <br />Add the f~llowing language to the list of uses permitted (by right) <br /> <br />Nursery / $-reenhouse <br /> <br />Amend Chapter Three, Establishment of Zoning Districts, Section 3-7, Statements <br />regarding the purpose of districts, Uses in the Low Density Residential Zone, <br />Permitted Based on Standards (PBS) Uses as follows: <br /> <br />Delete thtj following language from the list of uses Permitted Based on <br />Standards!
