Mental Health <br />· Support an increase in alcohol taxes to fWld mental health services for target <br />population$ that are not Medicaid-eligible. <br />· Support leSlslation to expand ftmding, oversight and lower individual ftmding <br />caps for the commWlity altemative placements for disabled adults. <br /> <br />3. Soeial Serviees <br />· Support additional state ftmds to complete expansion of Children's Services <br />Multiple ~ponse System (MRS) to include reduced caseloads to 1: 10. <br />· Support fubds for comprehensive long-teon care plmming at the COWlty level <br />that includ,s identification oflocal barriers to employment for direct care <br />givers. <br /> <br />4.
