This research measures awareness and satisfaction with services and <br />programs offered by Cabarrus County Govemment. <br /> <br />. MarketWise conducted 400 telephone Interviews with a random sample <br />of households in Cabarrus County, <br /> <br />The margin of error IS! 4.9 percentage pOints at the 95% <br />confidence level. <br /> <br />. The survey was conducted by telephone during October, 2006. <br /> <br />. All interviewing was conducted by MarketWise interviewers, trained to <br />Marketing Research Association (MRA) standards for profeSSional <br />telephone Interviewing. All data collection was conducted uSing a <br />computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system. All <br />Interviewing was supervised.
