All ratings are on a nine-point scale where one is low and nine is high. <br />To simplify interpretallon, ratings are collapsed into categones: <br /> <br />1 ,2=Very low <br /> <br />3,4=Low <br /> <br />5=Mldpoint <br /> <br />6,7=High <br /> <br />8,9=Very high <br /> <br />. In general, average ratings of 7.0 or higher indicate most respondents <br />gave a rating above the mdpoint, a positive perception. This research measures awareness and satisfaction with services and <br />programs offered by Cabarrus County Govemment. <br /> <br />. MarketWise conducted 400 telephone Interviews with a random sample <br />of households in Cabarrus County, <br /> <br />The margin of error IS! 4.9 percentage pOints at the 95% <br />confidence level. <br /> <br />. The survey was conducted by telephone during October, 2006. <br /> <br />. All interviewing was conducted by MarketWise interviewers, trained to <br />Marketing Research Association (MRA) standards for profeSSional <br />telephone Interviewing. All data collection was conducted uSing a <br />computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system. All <br />Interviewing was supervised.
