458 <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County, as the governing board <br />of the Water and Sewer District of Cabarrus County, met in regular session at <br />the Governmental Center in Concord, North Carolina on Monday, March 7, 1996, <br />at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Present - Chairman: Jeffrey L. Barnhart <br /> Vice-Chairman: Arne L. Fennel <br /> Commissioners: Sue B. Casper <br /> Kenneth Mills <br /> Franklin C. Niblock, Jr. <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart called the meeting to order at 8:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Niblock and <br />unanimously carried, the minutes of February 19, 1996 were approved as <br />written. <br /> <br /> There was discussion about the need to continue to meet as the <br />governing board for the Water and Sewer District unless there are items of <br />business to be considered. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Casper, seconded by Commissioner Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board voted to cancel future regular meetings of the <br />Water and Sewer District and to meet only when there are items of business to <br />be considered. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman <br />Barnhart adjourned the meeting. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
