Upon and after the 1st day of July, 1991, the <br /> <br />Annexation Areas and citizens and property located therein shall <br /> <br />be subject to all debts, laws, ordinances and regulations in force <br /> <br />in the District and shall be entit%ed to the same privileges and <br /> <br />benefits as other parts of the District. The Annexation Areas <br /> <br />shall be subject to District taxes, if any, according to G.S. 162A- <br /> <br />91. <br /> <br />Section 3. The Clerk to the Board shall cause to be recorded <br /> <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Cabarrus County a duly <br /> <br />certified copy of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
