The table below represents the initial cost per measurement unit for the 2nd year of <br />the contract. <br />Accepted Contract Rate Table <br />Cabarrus County CCTS / Coach USA Volume Tier Pricing Analysis - Revised <br />05/10/02. <br /> <br />CCTS Mobility Management Office and Staff will provide the Contractor with <br />information concerning authorized riders and pickups between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and <br />2pm on the weekday prior to the day service is requested. It is understood that the CCTS <br />Mobility Management staff will accept all agency and passenger reservations, and will <br />transfer the same to the Contractor no later than 2 p.m. each day in order to allow <br />adequate time for scheduling. <br /> <br />CCTS will ensure that agencies requesting vans for special trips outside the CCTS <br />regular system operation will make their request to CCTS with sufficient notice to allow <br />Contractor to arrange for the vehicle(s) and driver(s) if requested. If is understood and <br />agreed that all vehicles are property of Cabarms County and <br />may and will be used by multiple departments with approval of the Mobility <br />Management.
