There is no minimum lot size under the Customized <br />Development Option. The maximum density is 4.5 units per <br />acre. <br /> <br />Development standards for the MDR district for customized <br />developments include: <br /> <br /> 30' front setback (50% of lots), flexible for remaining lots <br />· side yard setback - flexible <br />· rear yard setback- flexible <br />· average lot width- flexible <br />· Maximum impervious surface- 40% <br />· Maximum structural coverage- 30% <br /> <br />Minimum open space required = 30% <br />Open Space provided = 41.9% <br /> <br />Soil Conservation- Dennis Testerman: still waiting on his <br />comments. <br /> <br />Fire Inspection- Greg Walters: Hydrant placement not <br />shown.
