~,l!_tkg~7~i_q~ The panics hereto agree to provide to each other written <br />resolution an..thorization and approval of this Agreement by their respective <br />governing bodies, all in accordance wit NC GS 1602~-461, governing Intertocal <br />Agreements. <br /> <br />Completion'Date: The County agrees, absent circumstauces beyond, the control of <br />the County, that the design and development of the Complex-shall be completed <br />by the thirty-s/xth (36t~) month from the date the City, CSA and the County sign <br />th/s Agreement. If, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, the <br />design and development of the COmplex is not _cgmpleted by the thi .m/-sixth (36m) <br />month from the date this Agreement is fully executed, the County will return the <br />total contn~butions of the City and CSA (and any interest earned thereon) within <br />thirty (30) days and the return of such contn~butions shall constitute liqu/dated <br />damages to the City and CSA for the failure of the Cou~uty to'complete the design <br />ahd development within the specified time frame. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WltEREOF, the parties hereto have executed or caused to be <br />executed by their duly authorized officlals this Agreem .e.n..t in duplicate, each of which <br />shall be. deemed an original on the date first above written. <br /> <br /> CABARRUS SOCCER ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />· <br /> <br /> ~e L.
