Both have <br />completed their initial one-year appointment. Ms. Earnhardt has indicated her interest in being <br />considered for reappointment. Contact has not yet been made with Ms. Clark. <br /> <br />An application has been received from Darcie Bergandine. <br /> <br />The Lead Regional Ombudsman has requested the removal of Kathryn Curry from the committee <br />due to the failure to complete required orientation and training. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (1) Consider the reappointment of Ernestine Earnhardt for a term of <br />three years ending June 30, 2005. (2) Consider the appointment of Darcie Bergandine for an initial <br />appointment of one year ending June 30, 2003.
