Day, Deputy County Manag <br />Date: December 2, 2002 <br />Re: Time Warner Cable Rate Review <br /> <br />Time Warner Cable has proposed a Basic Service rate of $6.78 for 2003, an <br />increase of $0.04 over 2002.' The rate increase request has been reviewed by <br />CABLTRAC Associates and has been found to be within FCC guidelines. The <br />rate request should, therefore, be approved by the Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />CABLTRAC Associates' report, along with the rate increase request from Time <br />Warner Cable, are attached <br /> <br />A notice of the proposed rate increase was published in the newspaper and <br />residents had an opportunity to review Time Warner's request and comment on <br />the rate increase.
