' <br /> <br /> Time Warner Cable continues to experience increasing costs for <br />programming and plant maintenance. Additionally, our Company has made a <br />major commitment to provide exemplary customer service. Those initiatives are <br />the principal reasons for this increase. One of the largest investments we made <br />during this past year is an increase in our staffing levels. As you are aware, <br />excellent 24x7 local customer service is one of the major reasons our subscribers <br />choose cable over other entertainment providers.
