as described in Part III, which is incorporated into this contract as if written word for word <br />herein, flied with and approved by the Subgrantee in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions of this contract. <br /> <br />Section 3. period of Performance. The Subcontractor shall commence performance of this <br />contract on the 1st day of Juiy, , 1997, and shall complete the Program with all <br />practicable dispatch in a sound, economical, and efficient manner to the satisfaction of the <br />Subgrantee do later than the 30 day of June ,1998. <br /> <br />Section 4. Cost of Program. In order to assist the Subcontractor in financing the cost of <br />the Program, the Subgrantee will pay the Subcontractor an amount not to exceed the <br />following: <br /> <br />A.) Weatherizafion. Assistance <br /> <br />Single Audits $ 0 <br />Liability Insurance $ 0 <br />Paid Labor $ 68 ~ 87.5.00 <br />Other Prog. Support. $ 9~000.00 <br />Materials $ 42~625.00 <br />Administration $ 5,500~0,0 <br /> Subtotal $ <br /> <br />B.) Training a.nd Technical Assistance <br /> <br />Training: Administrative and Technical $ -0- <br />Consumer Education $ -0- <br />Travel $ -0- <br />S .upplies/Equipment $ -0- <br />Subtotal $ . -0- <br /> <br />TOTAL AWARD I $ 126~000.00 I <br /> <br />These funds shall be drawn down monthly based on actual expenditures. In no event shall <br />expenditures exceed the authorized budget for each subpart A and B, <br /> <br />C.) Budget Adjustments <br /> <br />Budget Line item expenditures must conform with the approved budget as outlined above for <br />each subpart A and B. During the contract period, a Request for Budget Revision (Line item <br />transfer) must be submitted for approval by the Subgrantee prior to any line item overage. <br />Minor line item adjustments necessary to reconcile the budget with final actual expenditures <br />within subpart A and/or Subpart B may be initiated without prior approval within 45 days of <br /> <br /> <br />
