Number of residential collection service delinquent accounts. <br /> <br /> ---The name and address of customers whose service has been terminated due to <br />failure to pay. <br /> <br />On the last day of each calendar year, submit a report to the County certifying that the <br />Collector has sufficient capacity at its landfill(s) or contracted with other landfills to meet <br />the disposal capacity requirements under this Agreement through the remaining term of <br />the Agreement. The specific sanitary landfill(s) furnishing such capacity shall be <br />identified. <br /> <br />6.10 Preservation of Property <br /> <br />The Collector shall preserve from damage all property along the line of the collection <br />services, or which is in the vicinity of or is in anyway affected by the performance of the <br />collection service. This applies, but is not limited to the public utilities, trees, lawn areas, <br />building monuments or marks, fences, pipe and underground structures, public streets <br />(except natural wear and tear of streets resulting from legitimate use thereof by the <br />Collector), and wherever such property is damaged due to the activities of the Collector, <br />it shall be immediately restored to its original condition by the Collector at his own <br />expense. <br /> <br />In case of failure on the part of the Collector to restore such property, or make good such <br />damage or injury, the County may, upon 48 hours written notice to the Collector, proceed <br />to repair, rebuild, or otherwise restore such property as may be deemed necessary, and <br />the cost thereof will be billed by the County to the Collector. <br /> <br />6.11 Spillage and/or Litter <br /> <br />The Collector shall be responsible for picking up and/or removing any spillage or litter <br />resulting from the performance of the collection services by the Collector. <br /> <br />6.12 Identification <br /> <br />All solid waste collection vehicles and equipment operated by the Collector shall be <br />clearly marked with the name of the Collector, and his telephone number. <br /> <br />All employees of the Collector shall carry identification identifying them as employees of <br />the firm. <br /> <br />6.13 Office <br /> <br />The Collector shall maintain an office within Cabarrus County with regular business <br />hours, five days per week, Monday through Friday. The Collector shall have adequate <br />personnel and facilities and a toll free telephone number to receive and duly respond to <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
