Act in 1972 in that the Collector shall not on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex, discriminate in any form or manner against the franchisee's employees. The Collector in accepting this Agreement shall by acceptance be deemed to have given assurance to Cabarrus County that this said franchise as granted by Cabarrus County is conditioned upon the veracity of such assurance. 9.5 Bond and Insurance Performance and Payment Bonds: The Collector will execute the performance and payment Bonds included herein as security for the faithful performance and payment of all his obligations under this Agreement. This bond shall be in the amount orS100,000 in such form and with such sureties as are acceptable to the County. Prior to execution of the Agreement, the County may require the Collector to furnish such other Bonds, in such form and with such sureties as the County may require. Collector's Liability Insurance: The Collector will purchase and maintain such insurance as will protect him from claims under workmen's compensation laws, disability benefit laws or other similar employee benefit laws; from claims for damages because of bodily injury, occupational sickness or disease, or death of his employees including claims insured by usual personal injury liability coverage; from claims for damages because of bodily injury, sickness or disease, or death of any person other than his employees from claims for injury to or destruction of tangible property including loss of use resulting therefrom -- any or all of which may arise out of or result from the Collector's operations under the Agreement, whether such operations be by himself or by any subcontractor or anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them or for whose acts many of them may be legally liable. This insurance shall be written for not less than any limits of liability specified or required by law, whichever is greater, and shall include contractual liability insurance. Before starting the work, the Collector will file with the County certificates of such insurance, acceptable to the County; these certificates shall contain a provision that the coverage afforded under the policies will not be canceled or materially changed until at least thirty days prior written notice has been given to the County. Insurance Required: A. General Before starting and until completion of the term 0fthe Agreement, the Collector shall procure and maintain insurance of the types and to the limits specified in paragraphs (1) through (5) inclusive below.
