Conduct a public hearing to receive input on Petition 97-19. <br /> <br />2. The Western Area Plan must be amended if this rezoning is approved. The Planning <br />Staff has prepared recommended changes that should be approved before the rezoning <br />petition is approved, or simultaneous to its approval. <br /> <br />3.
