At present, Cabarrus <br />County is represented by Commissioner Dr. Franklin C. Niblock, Jr.. Please notify the MPO of <br />your confirmation of Dr. Niblock, as well as his alternate, or their replacements. Akso needed is <br />current contact information for these individuals to include mailing address, phone and fax <br />numbers. TI~ information is due in Raleigh prior to March 1, 1998. <br /> A copy of the TAC by-laws has been included for your reference and file. Contained in <br />this document are the roles and responsibilities for the TAC representatives and their alternates. <br />In addition, please find the 1997 attendence summary of all MPO member jurisdictions.
