Compensation Claims Solutions is one of the few companies on line <br />with the North Carolina Industrial Commission. This electronic link includes pemfission <br />to directly review and reduce all medical bills to the fee schedule, including bills from <br />'Medical Only' claims. This capability is included in C.C.S.'s administration fee to <br />Cabarrus County. Many other TPAs must utilize an outside source to review medical bills <br />and then pass the per line charge whether a reduction occurs or not on to the customer <br />through the medical aspect of the claim. Additionally C.C.S. has agreements with medical <br />providers such as Rehability and Healthsouth for reductions below the fee schedule.
