Exhibit 5-A <br /> <br />ELECTRICAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Electric bills shall be calculated in accordance with the City of Concord Economic <br />Development Rate EDR design in conjunction with the Large Power Economic Development <br />Rider. The contract period shall be for a term often (10) years. <br /> <br />2. There shall be no extra facilities charges. <br /> <br />Mills shall insure that the City of Concord and Concord Telephone Company will have full <br />access to the Mills' Property for the purpose of installing permanent underground service. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the above, at all times, the City of Concord shall charge Mills at the best <br />(lowest) rate schedule available to the classification of customers that applies to Mills. <br /> <br /> <br />
