I would like to address the County Board of Commissioners on the complaints filed against C. L.
Mesimer last month concerning the pictures that were taken of the trailer lots.

Some of the lots were just recently put in, in the last 3 months. I would like the board to give
adequate time (I year) to fix the lots. The reason for one year's time is for the weather hold up.

Here are some pictures that concems the people that complain last month.

The first picture is Baker's. Across from Meadow View Park sits two (2) trailers, one is
livable and the other is junk, there is also a junk car. The front yard is a horse lot.
The next picture is McCormick lot on Meadow View Drive. He has been building his house
for the last four (4) months. As you can see how trashy it looks.
The next picture is of the inside lots on Meadow View Drive. This lot is next to Tom Reid
who's daughter, Kathy filed a complaint. These l~>ts are restricted.,
The next picture is of Westview Park. This Park is beside of Bentley (who also complain).
There were no pictures taken of this Park. As you can see it is very neat.

Some of the other people that filed a complaint are a mile up the road from Meadow View Park.
There are families that live on Autumn Circle and Meadow View Drive who's children and their
families live in Westview Trailer Park. These people didn't complain.

The reason so many policemen are in and out Autumn Circle and Meadow View Drive is
because three (3) of them live back there.

If this area is rezoned what is our younger generation going to do when they are starting out.
Very few of them can afford to build right away. If you take this option of trailers away, what
are they to do? Understandable they need to meet certain requirements. Will you give them this
option?

There is also the elderly generation that wants their independence but still needs looking after. A
trailer beside of you gives them this opportunity. You can still take care of them and they can
still be independent in the regards that they don't live with you.

Please don't take away the option of trailers for the elderly and younger generations. There may
come a time when you will wish for this option yourself.

Thank you,

D. L. Mesimer
