Ordinance No. 1997-16 <br /> <br />PETITION 97-04(T) <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />The following text amendment is to revise the Watershed Overlay Zone text to <br />meet requirements from the North Carolina Department of Environmental <br />Health and Natural Resources. This text amendment must be completed to <br />assure compliance with State requirements. <br /> <br />AMEND - Chapter 4. Overlay Zones-Part 1. Watershed Overlay Zone-Section 4.7 <br /> Appeal <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Any decision that overturns the Zoning Administrator shall be <br />recorded and submitted to the Supervisor of the Classification and <br />Standards Group Water Quality Section Division of Environmental <br />Management on an annual basis.
