SIX MONTHS MEASURABLE OBJECTIVES STATUS <br /> <br />(Continuation Programs Only) <br /> <br />In the space provided, please list each measurable objective in your current program agreement and indicate the <br />degree to which your program has been successful in achieving them. (Use data from the first six months of the <br />fiscal year.) <br />Objective I - The program will service approximately 28-32 clients at any one time with a <br /> total of 80 youth receiving services. <br /> <br />Status: This objective is being met in that by the end of the second quarter the monthly <br /> average number of clients served was 40 with a total of 76 clients served over the <br /> first six months. <br /> <br />Objective II - Fifty percent of the youth involved in services will complete and show <br /> reduction in negative behavior. <br /> <br />Status: This objective is met in that sixty-seven percent of the youth involved in services <br /> have demonstrated a decrease in problem behaviors at discharge. <br /> <br />Objective III - Training School admissions of clients in the program will decrease or <br /> continue to be less than 10% for clients completing the program. <br /> <br />Status: This objective is met in that 7% of clients involved in the program have been <br /> discharged after being admitted to training school. <br /> <br />Objective IV - Monitoring will ~e done through the use of all approved CBA forms. <br /> <br />Status: This objective is met in that reports have been submitted on approved forms <br /> in a timely manner. <br /> <br />Lc <br /> <br /> <br />
