May 13, 1996 <br /> <br />LCASARRUSCO N <br /> <br />Mr. JeffBarnhart <br />Cabarrus County Commissioner <br />Concord, NC 28025 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Barnhart: <br /> <br />On behalf of the Cabarrus County Home and Community Care Block Grant Committee, please <br />accept this letter as our recommendation to the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. Our <br />recommendation includes two separate requests that will require action by the Board of <br />Commissioners. They are: <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Home and Community Care Block Grant Committee respectfully <br />requests that the Cabarrus County Department of Aging be reappointed to serve as the <br />Lead Agency for all Home and Community Care Block Grant funding in Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />The Home and Community Care Block Grant Committee also request the following <br />individuals be appointed to serve on this committee.
