In <br />the caseof alleged ~issed scheduled collec~on~, BPI <br /> <br />shall inves~igate and, if such allegations are verified, <br />shall arrange for ~.he collecC~on of the Refuse <br />collected with£n 48 hours after the co~pla~t is <br />received. <br /> <br />Coll~ction _Eaui~ment - BFI shall provide an adequate <br />number of vehicles for regular collection services. All <br />vahicle~, Con~alnersand o~he~equipment s~ll be kept in <br />good repair, appearance, and in a sani~ry cc~dition at <br />all times. ~ach vehicle shall have cle&=ly visible on <br />each side the iden=ity and t~lephone number of BFI. <br /> <br />O_~ - BFI shall ~aintain an off,ce or such other <br />faciliCies through which he can be con~ac~ed.
